Registration Policies

1. Parent with 2 or more children enrolled full time will receive a 10% discount off the oldest child's tuition.
2. All paperwork MUST be completed before attending school.
3. Full-time students have from Jan-Dec, 3 half weeks per year for sick/vacation. Sick/Vacation time will be prorated depending on enrollment date. 
4. Curriculum fee's are $30.00 for each child and due Aug. 15th, Jan1st & June 1st.
5. Weekly late charge of $10.00 is posted to account after Tuesday. If paid on Wednesday you will accrue a late charge.
6. Tuition will remain the same during periods containing holidays listed in our policy manual and closing for bad weather days.
7. Part-time space is limited to availability. Charges are $105 a week for M,W,F and $70 a week for T, Th. There is no sick/vacation time for part-time students. Se policy manual for more details.
8. Drop-in daily rate: (only when space is available) $35 a day.
9. Schoolers are charged an additional; B/A & AO $15.00, BO $22, per day on public school holidays and snow days, not to exceed the Summer Camp weekly rate. 
10. The Children's Depot reserves the right to dis-enroll a child that does not abide by the conduct policies of the school.

Tuition Agreement

This is a contract between The Children's Depot of Owasso, Oklahoma and the undersigned individual regarding the tuition payment policies of this Center. I have chosen the following payment schedule:

Weekly       Semi-Monthly       Monthly

Weekly Payments - Tuition is due at the beginning of each week on Monday morning and is considered late by Wednesday. Payments received after Tuesday will be charged an extra $10.00 late charge.

Semi-Monthly Payments - Due on the 1st and the 15th or the closest week day to these dates. Payment is considered late after 3 days from these dates and will be charged a $10.00 fee.

Monthly Payment - Is due on the 1st of each month or the very first weekday of the month, whichever applies. A $10.00 late charge will be assessed if payment is received after 3 days.

I am aware of the Center's "NO PAY, NO STAY" policy. If my account at any time becomes delinquent by two weeks, a termination notice will be issued and my child will not be allowed to return to School until the balance has been paid in full. Timely tuition payments guarantee my child's place of enrollment. I will abide by this termination agreement unless I have made prior arrangements concerning my delinquent balance with the Administrator in writing.

I understand the policy regarding VACATION/SICK TIME ALLOWANCE which states in the Policy Guide:

Part-Time Students do not have any Vacation/Sick Time Allowance and is required to pay the agreed tuition while enrolled at the Center whether the child is at the Center or not.

Full-Time Students have three (3) weeks of Vacation/Sick Time at half the regular weekly tuition. The child must be absent from the Center for three (3) consecutive days. (Holidays do not count as one of the days.) This Sick/Vacation Time is given each year beginning in January-December. Vacation/Sick time is prorated depending on your enrollment date. Once these 3 weeks have been used, full tuition will be due each week whether my child is in attendance or not. The tuition payment is a guarantee of my child's place of enrollment at the Center.

I understand that three times a year on January 1st, June 1st and August 15th Curriculum Fees are due to help offset the costs of the curriculum my child uses at the Center.

DHS Client Tuition Agreement

This is a contract between The Children's Depot of Owasso, Oklahoma and the undersigned individual regarding the tuition payment policies of this Center.
DHS Clients must pay their co-pay in advance, by the 1st of each month.  The curriculum fees are due January 1st, June 1st, and August 15th.  These fees are due to help offset the costs of the curriculum your child uses at the Center.  The fee is charged when you enroll and is counted toward the month it is closest to.  School-age children are required to pay for all field trips; those charges are due the first of each summer month.


Your child's position is subject to space available. Any private pay clients take priority over a DHS client, whether your child is enrolled or not. In the event that the DHS client's position is required, you will be given one week notice to make other arrangements.


I am aware of the Center's "NO PAY, NO STAY" policy. Leaving the school with a delinquent account grants authorization for a credit card debit.

I am aware that my child is in a full time position at The Children's Depot; this means my child is set up to attend 5 days a week for at least 4 hours a day.  You are required to swipe your DHS card in and out each day they attend.  The Center has a "NO SWIPE< NO STAY" policy.  You must swipe both in and out each day, or your child cannot stay at the Center.  As a full time client you have 3 weeks of vacation/sick time to use the same as the private paying clients.  This vacation/sick time is given one week at a time when your curriculum fees come due; January 1st, June 1st, and August 15th.  If your child is absent more than this you forfeit your child's place of enrollment without notice.

I understand the policy regarding payment on time, swiping daily in and out, and the vacation/sick policy.  If at any time I do not abide by these policies my child will not be allowed to attend The Children's Depot.
